Alfie Competition – Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Alfie Travel Photo Competition (“the Competition”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility:
The Competition is open to individuals who attended the 2024 Steadfast Convention. Participants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of AAMC, Corporate Traveller, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
Take a photo with or of Alfie, the AAMC mascot plush truck toy, and send it via email to alfie@aamc.com.au. Include a brief description of Alfie’s travels by 31st May 2024. You can enter as many times as you wish.
Competition Period:
The Competition begins on 24th March 2024 and ends on 31st May 2024.
Prize:
The winner will receive a $1000 travel gift card sponsored by AAMC and Corporate Traveller.
The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.
The gift card can only be used at Corporate Traveller QLD118 and is redeemable against a flight or hotel booking.
The voucher must be utilised in one transaction.
The gift card expires on 31st May 2026.
Selection of Winners:
The winner will be selected based on the creativity and uniqueness of the submitted photo and description.
The winner will be notified by email and announced via the AAMC LinkedIn page in the first week of June 2024.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
General Conditions:
By entering the Competition, you grant AAMC and Corporate Traveller the right to use your submitted photo and description for promotional purposes.
AAMC and Corporate Traveller reserve the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
Entry into the Competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The decision of AAMC and Corporate Traveller regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding.
By participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
